1. What products do you sell?

2. Are your products made to order?
Yes, all of our products are made to order. This means that your item is printed and packaged specifically for you once the order is placed. Our lead time for production and shipping is typically 7-10 business days.
3. How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your shirt or hoodie in the best condition, please follow these care instructions:
Machine wash all items in cold water inside out to preserve the print.
Tumble dry low or air dry to avoid any damage to the design.
Do not bleach or iron directly on the printed areas.
With proper care, the designs will last for 50-60 washes.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defective or damaged item. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
5. What is the shipping policy?
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping method and delivery address you select. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Our usual shipping time is 7-10 business days, but it may take longer during busy periods.
6. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once an order has been processed and sent to production, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please ensure your order details (size, shipping address, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!
